Terms of Service

Welcome to IlovePRD (“Service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using this Service, you (“user”) agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

IlovePRD is an AI-assisted tool that turns product ideas into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), feature structures, technology recommendations, and implementation tasks. Generated content is a draft and should be reviewed by the user before production use.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, including email, password, or third-party login such as Google.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that appear to violate these terms or are used for illegal activity.

3. Free and Pro Plans

• The Free plan provides a limited monthly PRD generation quota as shown on the Price List page.
• The Pro plan provides a larger quota for a recurring fee based on the price available when you subscribe.
• Pro plan activation is currently handled manually by our team after payment is confirmed. We will notify users if this process becomes automatic.
• We may change plan prices, quotas, or features at any time with reasonable notice through the application or email.

4. User Content

Product ideas, answers, and documents you submit to the Service (“User Content”) remain yours. By using the Service, you give us limited permission to process User Content to generate PRDs, feature structures, and tasks according to your request.

You may not upload content that violates the law, infringes third-party rights, or contains another person's sensitive data without permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

PRDs, feature structures, technology recommendations, and tasks generated by our AI system are automated drafts and may contain errors or mismatches. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and adjusting those results before use.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or business losses arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or limit access to the Service if a violation of these terms is found.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
